Exosomes are nanoparticles (extracellular vesicles) released by all cells (human, animal, plant) that are responsible for intercellular communication.

Exosomes from stem cells have regenerative properties – exosomes from young cells communicate regenerative messages (miRNAs) to older cells. Research shows that exosomes have better regenerative properties than peptides and PRP; some argue that exosomes are as good as stem cells.
